Shrimps and Asparagus Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 250g shrimps
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 300-400g asparagus
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parmesan

Instructions

  • boil pasta, reserve half a cup of pasta water
  • prep. asparagus (wash & remove woody part)
  • saute asparagus on olive oil
  • after 2 mins add garlic
  • remove asparagus from pan
  • put olive oil and shrimps
  • fry for 2 mins each side
  • return asparagus and add pasta water
  • simmer to reduce
  • add cheese
  • add pasta
