Scrambled egg with spinach

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 35g spinach leaves
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- olive oil
- 1" butter
- salt
- vegeta
- parmesan (grated over done dish)
Instructions
- thinly chop garlic and onion
In a medium pan
- on med-low heat (4)
- add a few splashes of olive oil
- add onion and garlic, salt and cook for 5 mins
- add spinach, cook for 2 mins
- add butter and stir everything
- add egg and scramble it
- season with vegeta and salt
- when it's done, grate some parmesan on top
- Serve with some cheese and ham/sausage
