Scrambled egg with spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 35g spinach leaves
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • olive oil
  • 1" butter
  • salt
  • vegeta
  • parmesan (grated over done dish)

Instructions

  • thinly chop garlic and onion

In a medium pan

  • on med-low heat (4)
  • add a few splashes of olive oil
  • add onion and garlic, salt and cook for 5 mins
  • add spinach, cook for 2 mins
  • add butter and stir everything
  • add egg and scramble it
  • season with vegeta and salt
  • when it's done, grate some parmesan on top
  • Serve with some cheese and ham/sausage
