Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups (272g) AP flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • white petter
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup (118g) hot water

Roux

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup flour

Instructions

Dough

  • mix flour, sugar, salt, pepper and oil
  • add hot water
  • knead for 5 mins, dough + bowl + hand needs to be smooth

Rest dough for 1h

Making roux

  • in a sauce pan
  • cook until flour doesn't feel raw
  • stir all the time
