Pumpkin soup

Ingredients
- 1 pumpkin
- 3 carrots
- half a celery root
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Small pot of water
Instructions
Preparation
- Cut pumpkin into cubes
- Cut carrots into small cubes
- Cut celery into tiny cubes
In a medium pot
- cover with olive oil
- put all vegetables
- add salt
- fry for 5-6mins
- add a small pot of water
- cook for 40 mins
- after 15 mins, use crusher to crush vegetables
- when it's cooked, use hand mixer to make a smooth soup
