Pumpkin soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pumpkin
  • 3 carrots
  • half a celery root
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Small pot of water

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cut pumpkin into cubes
  • Cut carrots into small cubes
  • Cut celery into tiny cubes

In a medium pot

  • cover with olive oil
  • put all vegetables
  • add salt
  • fry for 5-6mins
  • add a small pot of water
  • cook for 40 mins
  • after 15 mins, use crusher to crush vegetables
  • when it's cooked, use hand mixer to make a smooth soup
