- 1 green onion
- 1 celery rib
- 155g Chinese cabbage
- 4 garlic cloves
- Vegetable oil

- (optional) chili oil
Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1.5 tsp Corn starch
