Minced beef with spinach

Ingredients

  • 80g ground beef
  • 35g spinach leaves
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1" ginger
  • 1" butter
  • vegeta
  • salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • thinly chop garlic, onion and ginger

Cooking

  • in a pan
  • add some olive oil
  • add onions, salt & vegeta and cook for 3 mins
  • add garlic and ginger, cook for 3 mins
  • add meat, salt and cook until the meat is brown
  • add spinach, cook for 2 mins
  • add butter and mix everything
