Leek stew

Ingredients

  • 1 leek
  • 2-3 medium potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Vegeta
  • 0.5l water
  • 300g of pumpkin soup

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cut leek in 1.5 finger lengths
  • Cut potatoes into bite-sized cubes
  • Cut carrot in circles

In a medium pot

  • cover with olive oil
  • add leek and carrots
  • season with vegeta
  • fry for 10mins
  • add potatoes
  • add a small pot of water
  • cook for 40 mins
  • add 300g of pumpkin soup
