Leek stew

Ingredients
- 1 leek
- 2-3 medium potatoes
- 2 carrots
- Olive oil
- Vegeta
- 0.5l water
- 300g of pumpkin soup
Instructions
Preparation
- Cut leek in 1.5 finger lengths
- Cut potatoes into bite-sized cubes
- Cut carrot in circles
In a medium pot
- cover with olive oil
- add leek and carrots
- season with vegeta
- fry for 10mins
- add potatoes
- add a small pot of water
- cook for 40 mins
- add 300g of pumpkin soup
