Honey Garlic Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets about 125g each
- Salt, pepper to season
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (mild, sweet or smokey)
- 1.5 tablespoons butter
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped or minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice, (plus extra to serve). Half a lemon max!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to medium heat (grill), middle shelf
- Season salmon with salt, pepper and paprika
- Melt butter until brown on medium (5) heat
- Add honey, water, soy sauce and lemon juice, let it combine and mix
- Add salmon steaks (skin down), cook for 3-4 mins or until golden, season with salt & pepper and baste the tops with the pan juices
- Move it to oven for 5-6 mins or until salmon tops are charred
