Goulash

Ingredients
- 800g beef (goulash)
- 2 medium onions
- vegeta
- 1l beef stock
- 3 medium potatoes
- salt
- pepper
- bail leaves
- tomato paste
- chili powder
- 0.5 tsp. corn starch
Instructions
- Dice onions
- Put olive oil in pot
- Add meat, salt it and fry for 5-6 mins, let it brown
- Remove meat
- Add onions and fry them for 7-8 mins,
- add salt, vegeta
- add water if they start sticking
- add tomato paste, and herbs, mix and fry for 2 mins
- add meat
- add beef stock
- cook for 2.5h
- cut potatoes into cubes
- add them and cook for 30 mins
- add chili powder depending on your heat preference
- mix in corn starch and cook for a min
