Gnocchi Salsiccia

Ingredients

2 person

  • 2 salsiccia sausages (or other italian)
  • 4 medium/large mushrooms
  • onions
    • half white or
    • 4 shallots
  • 200ml white dry wine
  • pasta (100g) or gnocchi (250g)
  • 30g butter
  • parmesan
  • salt

Instructions

  • Cook pasta or gnocchi
  • reserve 100g of cooking water
  • cut mushrooms (medium thick)
  • cut onion (opposite of half circle)
  • cut sausages into circles and then in half

In a large pan

  • add some oil
  • fry sausages to release fat
  • remove sausages
  • add onions and cook for 5-10 mins
  • add mushrooms and cook for 5 mins
  • add sausages and mix
  • add white wine and cooking water and let it reduce
  • add pasta or gnocchi and mix
  • add parmesan on top before serving
