Ćevapčići

Ingredients

  • 500g minced beef
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt 10g
  • soda bicarbonate 0.5 tsp
  • water 50ml
  • sparking water 12.5ml

Instructions

  • Mince garlic
  • Put beef in a bowl
  • Add salt, garlic and soda bicarbonate
  • Start mixing with hands
  • Add water
    • First sparkling water
    • Add normal until the mix is easy to mold
  • Form ćevapčici (wet your hands as necessary)
  • Leave them overnight in a fridge. It will make them firmer
