Ćevapčići

Ingredients
- 500g minced beef
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt 10g
- soda bicarbonate 0.5 tsp
- water 50ml
- sparking water 12.5ml
Instructions
- Mince garlic
- Put beef in a bowl
- Add salt, garlic and soda bicarbonate
- Start mixing with hands
- Add water
- First sparkling water
- Add normal until the mix is easy to mold
- Form ćevapčici (wet your hands as necessary)
- Leave them overnight in a fridge. It will make them firmer
